In 1998 during day 10 of a silent meditation retreat, I had the vision that changed my life forever: I saw the yoga school that I was to create in Bangkok.

At that time, I worked an IT job in New York and would sneak out to go practice yoga everyday at ‘OM Yoga’. Yoga had become very much my primary interest. My passion lead me to quit my job, get certified to teach and ultimately leave the U.S. to study Ashtanga Yoga and Sanskrit with BNS Iyengar in Mysore India, classical and Tantric yoga at the Bihar School of Yoga and Kundalini Yoga and meditation with Dr. Yogi Vikashanand of Nepal.

In 2001, after several years of intense study, I brought that vision to life. Nearly 20 years later, Yoga Elements is thriving and is recognized as one of the world’s top schools of yoga.

Then I had a crisis. While the studio was a success, I fell into a personal emotional and spiritual abyss.

In a period of a few months, something major had shifted in my life and I fell into the darkest place I had ever known. I had a profound sorrow that needed healing, and had no clear sense of how to do it. Even though I had many tools to work with, none of them were able to shift me out of that dark place.

I looked to find the answers with ‘good advice’ through coaching, therapy, books and writing but all I got was tepid, short-lived results. Not knowing where to turn, I instinctively doubled down on my practices of yoga and ritual magick.

I have practiced yoga for over 25 years and ritual magick since childhood. Magick is a powerful way to focus the mind and harness personal energy. I started to combine it with my yoga practice and a powerful alchemy was born. Where conventional methods of healing failed me, this combination marked the turning point in my journey and the deep healing began.

Through this practice, I’ve become more me than ever before. It gave the healing that I needed and continues to manifest powerfully positive effects each day.

I’ve experienced time and again that Pentagram Yoga is effective magick.

It is now my mission to share this practice far and wide. Through it, people create intentional and conscious lives. It is powerful, safe and beautiful and is accessible to all people, regardless of your body or relationship to spirituality. I am honored to be able to share it with all who feel called.
